  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix the two sugars, then blend in the next 4 ingredients.

    In a separate bowl, whip eggs, milk and vanilla together.

    Add to the dry mix.

    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    It will look puffy like a souffle when done.
