  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Filling: 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced lengthwise Save a few for garnish.

Line 3 round 8 inch pans with waxed paper or outline 3 circles, 8 inches on foil on cookie sheets. Divide and spread meringue evenly among the pans.
