- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions

1Place the butter, milk, and sugar in a medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat.

2Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

3Let boil, still stirring for 1 minute.

4Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

5Spread icing over cooled cake, cupcakes, or ice cream.

6May store tightly covered in refrigerator. Warm in microwave before use.
