- 3 sectioned lemons
- 2 c. rock salt
- 1 medium jar prepared mustard
- 6 ears corn
- 20 to 30 lb. live crawfish
- 3 onions, sectioned
- 3 Tbsp. red pepper
- 6 potatoes
- 2 bags dry crab boil mix
Directions

1Place a 30-quart pot filled with water one-quarter of the way full.

2Place over high heat.

3Add lemons, onions, rock salt, red pepper, mustard, crab boil mix, corn and potatoes; boil for 20 minutes.

4The aroma is very strong.

5Add crawfish; return to boil for 7 minutes.

6Cover the pot; turn down the heat.

7Allow to simmer 3 minutes.

8Remove crawfish and liberally add table salt before peeling.
