- 6 can Evaporated milk
- 6 can Water
- 10 large Eggs
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions

1Add water and milk to large pan.

2Mix sugar and cornstarch well.

3Add to milk a little at a time.

4Beat eggs well.

5Add to milk mixture.

6Add salt.

7Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture just begins to boil and coats spoon.

8Remove from heat.

9Add vanilla and nutmeg.

10Cool in refrigerator about an hour before serving.
