- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and slightly beaten egg yellows together.

2Add milk and cool over very low heat or double boiler until it slightly sticks to the spoon or becomes a little thicker, stirring constantly.

3Beat egg whites, adding a little sugar (about 1/4 cup) until stiff.

4Remove other mixture from heat; add egg whites and whip them in.

5Add vanilla and mix well.

6Cool in refrigerator. Stir before serving.
