- 1 qt. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla

1Beat eggs; add sugar and milk.

2Cook on high heat until boiling.

3Lower heat and stir constantly with a wooden spoon (do not leave it at all). This usually takes approximately 13 minutes. Add vanilla flavoring.

4Serve pudding hot or cold.

5You may garnish with fruit or bananas, vanilla wafers or nutmeg sprinkled on top.
