- 1/2 gal. lowfat milk
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- Vanilla to taste
Directions

1Pour lowfat milk into double boiler and heat.

2Beat the Large eggs.

3Add in sugar gradually and beat well.

4Pour egg and sugar mix through strainer into warm lowfat milk, stirring well.

5Cook till the custard coats a spoon heavily, stirring constantly.

6Yields 8 to 12 servings.
