  • 1/2 gal. lowfat milk
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • Vanilla to taste

Directions

    Pour lowfat milk into double boiler and heat.

    Beat the Large eggs.

    Add in sugar gradually and beat well.

    Pour egg and sugar mix through strainer into warm lowfat milk, stirring well.

    Cook till the custard coats a spoon heavily, stirring constantly.

    Yields 8 to 12 servings.
