  • 4 to 5 lb. brisket
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 oz. hickory flavored liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 bottle hickory barbecue sauce (to be used later)

    Place brisket in foil.

    Put everything, except barbecue sauce, on meat.

    Wrap tightly and place in refrigerator overnight.

    Cook at 275° for 5 hours.

    Uncover and drain.

    Pour barbecue sauce over brisket, cover and cook 1 hour longer.
