- 4 to 5 lb. brisket
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 oz. hickory flavored liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 bottle hickory barbecue sauce (to be used later)
Directions

1Place brisket in foil.

2Put everything, except barbecue sauce, on meat.

3Wrap tightly and place in refrigerator overnight.

4Cook at 275° for 5 hours.

5Uncover and drain.

6Pour barbecue sauce over brisket, cover and cook 1 hour longer.
