- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

2Add eggs and milk.

3If thinner batter desired, add more milk.

4Dip chicken in batter and fry in hot oil.

5Excellent.

6Use up all that leftover turkey.

7I've also used this batter to make onion rings.

8I don't sift the ingredients, but it still comes out okay.
