  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 1/2 grams bonito flakes
  • 1 pints chicken broth
  • 1 large shallot
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cilantro
  • 2/3 stick butter

Directions

    Put broth in a pot, bring to a boil.

    Add butter, bonito flakes, shallots, garlic, and pepper.

    Let boil

    Beat one egg, stir the broth add the egg.

    When the broth is no longer spinning, but boiling add the two eggs, to poach them.

    Take eggs out one at a time gently and add gently to a bowl.
