- 3 large eggs
- 4 1/2 grams bonito flakes
- 1 pints chicken broth
- 1 large shallot
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp cilantro
- 2/3 stick butter
Directions

1Put broth in a pot, bring to a boil.

2Add butter, bonito flakes, shallots, garlic, and pepper.

4Beat one egg, stir the broth add the egg.

5When the broth is no longer spinning, but boiling add the two eggs, to poach them.

7Take eggs out one at a time gently and add gently to a bowl.
