Bonito with Ginger

  • 1 Bonito flakes
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 pack Bonito flakes
  • 1 Scallions
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Directions

    Pat dry the fish with paper towels and cut into 1cm pieces.

    Mix the ingredient and soak the fish in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.

    Heat a pan with oil and fry the fish on both sides.

    When it's cooked through, sprinkle scallions and bonito flakes on top and enjoy!
