- 1 Bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 pack Bonito flakes
- 1 Scallions
- 1 Vegetable oil
Directions

1Pat dry the fish with paper towels and cut into 1cm pieces.

2Mix the ingredient and soak the fish in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.

3Heat a pan with oil and fry the fish on both sides.

4When it's cooked through, sprinkle scallions and bonito flakes on top and enjoy!
