- 1 1/2 cups chopped white onions
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled deveined
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
Directions

1Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add onion, saute 3 minutes.

2Add cumin, chili powder, shrimp, and garlic, saute 4 minutes.

3Remove from heat, and add butter, salt, and hot sauce.

4Stir until butter melts.

5Stir in juice and green onions.
