  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 slices diced, uncooked bacon

Directions

    Combine catsup, onion, brown sugar, dry mustard and salt in 1-quart casserole bowl.

    Stir in drained corn.

    Top with diced bacon.

    Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 1 hour.

    Garnish with additional cooked bacon, if desired.
