- 1 to 2 bunches green onions

- Cajun seasoning
Directions

1Boil the pork roast in seasoning and water until meat falls off the bone.

2Saute the bell pepper and green onions in butter until tender.

3Chop the meat and add all ingredients

4together. Form into meatballs, roll in flour and deep fat fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

5Drain on paper towels and serve as appetizer.
