Ingredients

  • 1 piece Shrimp Cube
  • 2 piece Medium size crabs-cut into four
  • 1/4 kg Shrimp
  • 1/4 kg Tahong
  • 1/4 kg Halaan
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp garlic -minced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp minced Ginger
  • 3 tbsp minced Onions
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper

Directions

    Sautee Garlic , onion and ginger.

    No oil.

    Cover until tender.

    Add water and Campbell Cream of mushroom.

    Dissolve and bring to boil.

    Add all the remaining ingredients except the milk.

    Bring to boil.

    Let boil for 5 mins.

    Turn off the stove, then pour the evaporated milk.
