  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 6 small tomatoes, minced
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 cups water
  • salt and pepper
  • 13 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon sugar

Directions

    Heat olive oil and saute onion and parsley.

    Add tomatoes,season.

    Add rice and water and simmer until water is absorbed.
