  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1/8 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. bourbon whiskey
  • 6 sq. bitter chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. paraffin
  • walnuts or pecans

Directions

    Mix confectioners sugar, butter and whiskey until like dough. Cover; put in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.

    Form into small balls, putting pecan in each center.

    Melt in double boiler chocolate, butter and paraffin.

    Dip each ball in melted chocolate mixture. Put small pecan on top.

    Place on waxed paper.
