- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1/8 c. butter
- 1/3 c. bourbon whiskey
- 6 sq. bitter chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. paraffin
- walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Mix confectioners sugar, butter and whiskey until like dough. Cover; put in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.

2Form into small balls, putting pecan in each center.

3Melt in double boiler chocolate, butter and paraffin.

4Dip each ball in melted chocolate mixture. Put small pecan on top.

5Place on waxed paper.
