Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 boxes powdered confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 3/4 c. bourbon
  • 1 box Hershey's chocolate squares (semi-sweet)
  • 1/4 sq. paraffin
  • pecan halves

Directions

    Mix milk and bourbon, a little at a time (very slow).

    Add sugar gradually working into dough.

    Roll in small balls.

    Chill. Mix and melt semi-sweet chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. (Can just use a dipping chocolate or molding chocolate.)

    Dip each bourbon ball in chocolate.

    Put pecan on top of each piece.
