- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 stick frozen margarine or butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing, roll into fine crumbs
- 4 oz. bourbon
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

2Place chicken in dish.

3Grate frozen margarine or butter over the chicken.

4Add the two cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken and sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese.

5Sprinkle dressing over the casserole.

6Pour bourbon over dressing.

7Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

8Serve with vegetables or rice.
