  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless boned and skinned
  • 6 ounces orange juice, concentrated thawed
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon

Directions

    Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.

    Add orange juice concentrate; simmer until chicken is tender.

    Remove chicken from pan.

    Add bourbon to orange juice.

    Place chicken back into the sauce.
