- 1 chopped clove garlic
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 2 c. rich beef stock
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cube butter or 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute the garlic, celery, onion and tomatoes.

2Add the beef stock, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.

3Simmer for 20 minutes.
