  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can cherry pie filling or other topping (optional)

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    Set aside 1 cup cake mix.

    Mix remainder of cake mix, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of oil and press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan for the crust.
