  • 1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon lecithin granules
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil, or hemp seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 2 teaspoons greens powder (Barlean's Greens, Greens Plus, Green Magma...)
