Ingredients

  • 3~4 green peppers (seed and cut into 4~6 equal parts)
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sauce: (*mix in advance)
  • 1 Tbsp * sake
  • 1 Tbsp * mirin
  • 1/2 Tbsp * soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp * dashi (water + dashi powder is also OK)

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook green pepper until it becomes lightly brown.

    Pour the sauce, simmer until slightly softened but still crisp (for about 2~3 mins.)

    Top with dried bonito flakes.
