- 4 thick pork chops
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 carrots, cut up
- 2 potatoes, quartered
- barbecue sauce
Directions

1Fry pork chops in oil.

2Brown on both sides.

3Add onion, garlic powder, seasoning and enough water to cover bottom of pan to 1/2-inch.

4Cover and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.

5Add carrots and potatoes.

6Simmer until done, adding more water, if needed.

7Add barbecue sauce and simmer 5 more minutes.
