Braised Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 3 rosemary sprigs
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 small onion, peeled and quartered
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 lb. white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut a slit in the thickest part of the pork chops to make a pocket.

2In a food processor, chop together the rosemary, garlic, onion and salt and pepper to taste.

3Stuff chops.

4In large skillet, heat oil and brown on all sides.

5Add mushrooms and saute for 4 minutes, then add water and soy sauce.

6Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes.
