- 2 - 3 ducks
- salt
- tabasco sauce
- 2 tbsp. celery salt
- 1/4 cup sweet pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup onion flakes
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 cups water
Directions

1Clean ducks well.

2Rub ducks well inside and out with salt and tabasco.

3Combine other seasonings.

4Make one or two incisions in breast of ducks.

5Stuff with seasonings.

6Heat oil in heavy skillet.

7Add ducks, cover. Cook at low temperature about 30 minutes.

8Add water and cook 2 hours.

9Thicken gravy.
