- 7 c. Raisin Bran flakes (15 oz. box)
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters or Second Nature
- 5 c. plain flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spray muffin pans with vegetable shortening.

3Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

4Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

5Batter can be kept in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks and cooked as needed.
