- 1 1/2 c. Kellogg's Bran Buds cereal
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 1/4 c. skim milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Crush Bran Buds to fine crumbs. Stir together with flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, combine milk, egg whites and oil.

4flour mixture, stirring only until combined.

5Portion batter evenly into 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes. Serve warm. Yields 12 muffins.
