- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. All-Bran
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1`/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Pour boiling water over All-Bran.

2Let stand until cool.

3Cream together oleo and sugar.

4Add eggs, one at a time.

5Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with 1 3/4 cups buttermilk.

6Add the bran mix, then add 2 more cups dry All-Bran. Mix well.

7Cover.

8Refrigerate 24 hours.

9Do not stir!

10Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.

11Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

12Mixture will keep 5 weeks.

13Makes 1/2 gallon.
