- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
- 1 c. 2% milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/3 c. raisins
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar in a bowl.

2In a larger bowl, mix the All-Bran and the milk.

3Let stand a minute and grease muffin pans.

4Add egg, vegetable oil and molasses.

5Beat well.

6Add raisins and flour mixture to the second mixture and mix until flour is absorbed.

7Place in muffin pans and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.

8Makes 12 muffins.
