- 5 c. flour (1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white)
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. melted Crisco
- 15 oz. Raisin Bran cereal
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Mix eggs, buttermilk and Crisco, then mix with dry ingredients.

3Bake in muffin tins at 400° for about 15 minutes.

4Stores well in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. This recipe makes a lot, 1/2 recipe may be plenty.
