  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. 40% bran flakes
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. soda in 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. All Bran
  • 1/2 qt. buttermilk

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake 25 minutes at 325° in muffin tins. Mixed batter will keep up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
