- 1 c. 40% bran flakes
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. soda in 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. All Bran
- 1/2 qt. buttermilk

1Mix all ingredients.

2Bake 25 minutes at 325° in muffin tins. Mixed batter will keep up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
