- 5 c. sifted flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 (16 oz.) box Raisin Bran or 11 oz. Bran Flakes
Directions

1Toss dry ingredients together.

2Add oil, eggs and buttermilk and mix well.

3Fold in Bran Flakes.

4Bake desired amount of muffins in greased muffin tins at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Batter can be stored in refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks.

5Muffins can be frozen.
