  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. All-Bran cereal
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Pour 1 cup boiling water over All-Bran cereal; mix and let stand to cool.

    Mix and add the remaining ingredients.

    Spray tins with Pam and fill 1/2 full.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 375°.

    Batter keeps 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
