- 2 c. All-Bran
- 4 c. 100% Bran Buds
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda, mixed with 1 qt. buttermilk

1Mix and refrigerate overnight.

2Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
