- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 1 c.100% Bran cereal
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 7 c. plain flour
Directions

1Pour 1 cup boiling water over first four ingredients and stir until dissolved.

2Let cool.

3Add eggs and yeast which has been dissolved in 1 cup warm water.

4Gradually beat in flour and mix well.

5Put in refrigerator and use as needed.

6Form into rolls and let rise about 2 hours.

7Bake at 400° until brown.
