Brandy (Or Rum) Balls

Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers (about 64)
- 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. brandy or dark rum
Directions

1In heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine evaporated milk and chocolate pieces.

2Cook, stirring over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and thickened.

3Remove from heat.

4Add crushed wafers, sugar, 1/2 cup pecans and brandy or rum; mix well. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

5Shape into balls 1 inch in diameter.

6Roll in remaining pecans.

7Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
