  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. orange extract
  • 1 tsp. rum extract
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 3 c. sifted cake flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. apricot brandy

    Mix sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time.

    Blend dry ingredients together.

    Mix extracts and brandy together.

    Mix flour into sugar mixture with extracts and sour cream.

    Mix well. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
