  • 8 beef and pork hot dogs (prepared)
  • 8 slices fully cooked bacon, slices (thawed and Chopped)
  • 1 cup super sweet cut corn (Thawed and Chilled)
  • 1 cup roasted peppers and onion (Thawed and Chopped)
  • 1 cup super sweet cut corn

    Apricot Relish: Blend together diced red bell pepper, red onion, apricot preserve, fresh lemon juice and cayenne pepper in saucepan then simmer 10 minutes.

    Bacon Sauerkraut: Mix together sauerkraut, sliced yellow onion, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, pepper and Schwan's Fully Cooked Bacon Slices, diced.
