  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 can (6 Oz. Can) Tomato Paste
  • 2 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
  • Green Olives, Chopped, To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 bag Pastel Dough (found In Brazilian Or Mexican Food Stores)

Directions

    Cook the ground beef, drain the grease.

    Add the tomato paste and water, stir.

    Add the chopped hard boiled eggs, chopped green olives, and minced garlic.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Place a heaping spoonful in the middle of a pastel dough square.

    Fold over and seal the edges together with a fork.

    Fry in hot oil just until they turn golden brown.
