- 6 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 1 cinnamon stick and powder
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In a pan, combine the water, sugar and cinnamon stick.

2Bring to boil, uncovered, over medium-high heat.

3Boil until thickened (like syrup).

4To this syrup, add the eggs, stirring always, until the syrup dries up and the eggs burn a little.

5Then pour the milk, slowly to moisten it.

6When well blended, add butter.

7Put in serving dish and sprinkle some powdered cinnamon over.
