- 9 c. bread flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. Starter
- 2 1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
Directions

1Combine flour and salt.

2Heat water.

3Add sugar; dissolve. Add oil and Starter to sugar mixture.

4Add liquid to flour mixture; stir into dough.

5Knead lightly.

6Return to oiled bowl. Let rise in a warm place overnight.

7In the morning, punch down; knead 1 minute.

8Divide into 3 loaf pans (oiled).

9Oil top. Cover; let rise until approximately 4 p.m.

10Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
