- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. hot water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 c. dry milk
- 12 c. flour
Directions

1In 2 cups hot water, add sugar, butter and salt.

2Soften the yeast in 2 cups warm water.

3Add 2 cups dry milk.

4To this mixture, add first mixture that was in 2 cups hot water (butter should be melted).

5Add 12 cups flour.

6Knead dough until all flour is mixed in.

7Grease bowl with oil; put dough in, making sure all sides are oiled.

8Place towel over top; let rise.

9When it has doubled, then punch down and make bread loaves.

10Let rise again.

11Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 25 minutes.
