  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix in bowl the cream cheese alternately with powdered sugar and eggs.

    Save a small amount of powdered sugar to sift on top. Add vanilla.

    Pour over cake mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until the top is light brown.

    Sift leftover powdered sugar on top.
