- 4 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

1In heavy duty mixer: place yeast, water, salt and flour.

2Let beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.

3Mix enough flour to make dough leave sides of bowl. Place in oiled bowl and cover.

4Let rise until double.

5When dough has doubled, punch down, let rest for 10 minutes.

6Form into 7 ounce balls, place on oiled sheet pan sprinkled with corn meal.

7Brush with a mixture of egg white and water. Place in a warm place until double.

8Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes (until golden) cut circle from top and remove most of center.

9Fill with hot soup.
