- 4 cup Stale bread chunks
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1 as needed Salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Place bread in a blender and pulse to crumb size.

3In a mixing bowl, toss crumb with olive oil to coat.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread the seasoned bread crumbs in an even layer over the sheet.

6Bake for 10 minutes.

7Stir crumb and spread out again.

8Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

9Continue at 5 minute intervals until your bread crumbs reach a desired degree of crispness.

10While the bread crumbs are still hot, spread them out on paper towels to drain.

11These will store for a long time.

12Use them to top pastas or gratin dishes for added texture.
