  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's is preferred)
  • 1/4 c. dried or 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • 1/8 c. chopped capers
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • garlic salt
  • round rye or pumpernickel bread
  • additional bread (rye, pumpernickel, sourdough (whatever you like)

    Combine ingredients.

    Add garlic salt to taste.

    Serve dip in a hollowed out round rye or pumpernickel bread with chunks of bread for dipping.
