- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Egg Beaters (1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds (or 4 Tbsp. Promise fat-free margarine)
- 5 c. bread flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Add sugar, salt, Egg Beaters, Butter Buds and 1 cup of flour. Beat until smooth.

3Stir in rest of the flour and continue stirring until smooth.

4Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size, about 30 to 40 minutes.

5Spoon batter in 24 muffin cups sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.

6Fill each cup 1/2 full.

7Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.

8Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
